Different war, same role. Nice to see the Broncos still flying.

Single engine? You might as well flap your arms.

Awesome.
I also love converted airliners living lives as tankers
And if three engines are too few...

Not sure what the “follow me” aircraft is on this shot, but it’s amazing.

The Bronos are cool, but I prefer the Firecats.

Yeah, the last time we had fires north of here we had a car crash start a fire above Sausalito. They broke off one of their bombers to hit it so it wouldn’t get too far, over the hill is where I surf, so when they were doing that I saw them banking around over the beach. The BLM in MT also uses them, my dad was a pilot in Nam and he used to have a plane, when we were in MT I would watch them take off. They are cool planes and perfect for that as the Army used them for observing anyway.

Broncos are the coolest.
That is all.

Meh, a PT6 engine in that is like a Coyote 5.0 in a Miata.
That thing puts out 1,350hp vs the OV-10's pair of 715hp Garretts. Power is a wash, but I’ll take the single engine for simplicity and centerline thrust. And reliability of that engine.

Sweet Aerostar. I did a cross-country trip with my family back in ‘89 in one of those. Good times.
